Our Mission

A gap that shouldn't exist.

Every year, academically accomplished graduate students earn admission to STEM programs at U.S. universities — and then face a financial wall that has nothing to do with their merit.

Due to their immigration status, they are ineligible for federal financial aid. Many are also legally barred from employment. With no federal loans, no Pell Grants, and no legal right to work, advanced education — already theirs by merit — becomes financially out of reach.

Graduate Futures Foundation exists to close that gap. We provide direct scholarship funding, paid to the student's institution, so they can stay enrolled and finish what they started.

Our First Scholar — Spring 2026

In Spring 2026, GFF made its first scholarship award to a student pursuing a Master's degree in a STEM field at a California public university — a student who had earned their place through academic achievement alone.

What they lacked was a legal path to funding. A Graduate Access Scholarship, paid directly to their university, changed that.
